I would think, that if there is a season, the biggest need will be an arena to play in.

They need a certain $11 million dedicated to one player to be split up between 2-3 players or a major boost in the salary cap. :D

Really what I think the team is missing is a clear take charge type of leader. Sure I'm no where near the locker room and don't know the dynamics inside the team but from an outside point of view I didn't see anyone that did things like Big Joe or Little Joe that rallyed everyone and was leading.

For the San Jose Sharks, it’s pretty difficult to narrow it down to one specific need.


No it isn't. It's goaltending.

There are other problems too, but goaltending is by far the worst. And Dubnyk is worse than Dell, too.
